Technical Business Analyst (Network as a Service)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and document product requirements and desired outcomes.
• Create technical designs, system workflows, user journeys, and business process visualisations.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Own and prioritise the team backlog and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineers, facilitate Agile refinement sessions, and resolve logic and domain questions.
• Improve processes and documentation to increase collaboration and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a closely related technical role within Agile software development teams.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, ask targeted questions, and perform root cause analysis.
• Technical understanding of APIs, web services, system workflows, and web-based software projects.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrable experience applying Agile principles within software development teams.
