Business Analyst (Market Risk)

Location: Lima; remote within the CET time zone

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders, including users based in the United States, to understand needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Define, refine, and prioritize development tasks.
• Support technical teams during implementation by clarifying functional requirements.
• Validate delivered solutions and resolve functional queries throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and financial products.
• Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing.
• Ability to structure complex business requirements and work with software development teams in Agile or traditional environments.
• English at minimum B2 level for communication with United States-based stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and analytical skills.
