Business Analyst (Market Risk)

Location: Buenos Aires; remote work within the CET time zone.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly business users based in the United States, to understand needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Define, refine, and prioritize development tasks.
• Support technical teams during implementation by clarifying functional requirements.
• Validate delivered solutions and resolve functional queries throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
• Experience working with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional project environments.
• Ability to analyze and structure complex business requirements and translate them into actionable development requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and analytical skills.
• English at minimum B2 level is required for communication with United States-based stakeholders.
