Business Analyst (AI)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; working hours are 8:00–17:00 ET. Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate working sessions with product, engineering, data, business subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders.
• Document current-state and target-state workflows, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify dependencies, risks, data quality issues, and change impacts.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate alignment with customer-approved technology requirements.
• Maintain traceability and decision documentation while reporting project status, risks, and open issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting IT modernization, systems integration, or software delivery projects.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with API-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft and cloud/serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Federal customer or government program experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, or similar CRM and AI-agent platforms.
• Experience with FedRAMP, Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence.
• Mortgage, fintech, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
