IT Associate Business Solutions Analyst, Level 2 (Hybrid)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; must be able to work up to five days in the office when required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire may be necessary, including emergency restoration assignments.

Annual salary: $91,450–$101,610, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between assigned business areas and IT, leading communication and stakeholder meetings.
• Collect, clarify, analyze, and document business requirements, user requirements, and user stories.
• Lead or oversee workflow analysis, business process reviews, and solution development.
• Collaborate with architects, technical staff, business clients, and internal or external development groups on solution design and application delivery.
• Contribute to IT roadmaps, capital project business cases, estimates, procurement events, and statements of work.
• Support application development, implementation, documentation, training materials, and business priority discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of demonstrated business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of business processes, systems, IT standards and controls, process modeling, budgeting, and financial or cost models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process optimization, communication, planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.
• Competency with Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools such as Jira.
• Prior experience in the utility industry.
• Business analysis, requirements engineering, or Agile certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, CPRE, PBA, or SAFe POPM.
