Senior Program Manager (IT)

Location: Dallas, Texas; onsite five days a week. The role requires up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of digital projects with lower complexity.
• Monitor project activities, responsibilities, schedules, risks, and contingency plans.
• Direct and motivate project teams throughout delivery.
• Evaluate deliverables and ensure service expectations, quality standards, and processes are met.
• Monitor project results and address significant deviations from plans.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of IT project management, project administration, planning, decision-making, data reporting, implementation, and project control.
• Experience managing IT projects with appropriate technical resources and applying IT standards, procedures, and policies.
• Previous Agile training, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprints, and retrospectives.
• Degree or equivalent certification in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Technical and project management experience in application development, systems hardware and software, support, development methodologies, and customer application needs.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Dallas, Texas; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Cat Digital Operating Model Project Management framework.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Change Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
