Senior Program Manager, Clinical Recruitment Marketing & Events

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. work authorization required. Travel up to 30% nationwide, including overnight and multi-day trips. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required.

Salary: $120K–$145K annually, plus bonus and a productivity incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a national recruitment event strategy for psychiatry residents, fellows, psychiatrists, and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Build lasting relationships with residency and fellowship programs, including program directors, faculty, trainees, and clinical leadership.
• Plan and deliver virtual, in-person, networking, residency, fellowship, and conference events, exceeding 30 successful events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, technology, budgets, vendors, contracts, conference booths, materials, catering, shipping, and registration.
• Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition on campaign content, social media, presentations, outreach, and candidate engagement.
• Track event expenses, leads, relationships, and outcomes; prepare ROI reports and recommendations for future recruitment strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of talent attraction experience, including at least 2 years in trainee, campus, residency, fellowship, healthcare, physician recruitment, or clinical education outreach.
• Experience with physician or APP recruitment and relationship building across clinical stakeholder groups.
• Strong event design, project management, budget ownership, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM and database tools, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch, job boards, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, clinical recruitment, or medical education.
• Prior clinical or physician recruiter experience.
