Recruitment Manager (US Operations)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned to US Eastern Standard Time, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST.

Salary: PHP 90,000–150,000 per month.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage Candidate Engagement, Recruitment Coordination, and Data Research teams.
• Define KPIs, daily delivery targets, and SLAs aligned with US market timelines.
• Oversee candidate outreach, screening quality, interview preparation, scheduling, feedback loops, and offer processing.
• Monitor ATS and CRM accuracy, compliance documentation, database hygiene, and operational outputs.
• Direct talent mapping, market research, and lead generation for US industry sectors.
• Convert research insights and talent availability data into actionable sourcing plans and improve end-to-end hiring workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including 2–3 years in direct team management or operational leadership.
• Experience supporting or managing US recruitment workflows and talent sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated experience managing multifunctional sourcing, coordination, or research teams.
• Availability for standard US Eastern Standard Time hours: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment CRM/ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, or JobDiva, plus sourcing tools including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and data enrichment platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
