Salary: $104,000–$130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Deploy, rack, install, maintain, and decommission data center hardware.
• Support hardware installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, recycling, shipping, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain asset information in the Data Center Infrastructure Management system and configure network ports with service and network teams.
• Operate hardware monitoring, alerting, metrics, and observability platforms.
• Deploy firmware updates, maintain compliance standards, and monitor data center environmental conditions.
• Troubleshoot P0 incidents and support a 24/7 mission-critical environment, including power capacity planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years supporting enterprise data centers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with modern Dell, HP, Cisco, and Arista server and networking hardware.
• Background in network architecture, server provisioning, hardware monitoring, DCIM solutions, SSH, and remote access tools.
• Familiarity with automation, Prometheus, Grafana, and Linux.
• Server+ and Network+ certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Ashburn and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Programming or scripting ability in Python or Go.
• Experience with hardware modernization and data center operability initiatives.
