NPI Engineer (ECO Preparation/Submission - Document Control) (Semiconductor)

Base pay: $95,000–$139,333 annually

What you will do

• Create product structures and bills of materials for new product introductions.
• Review drawings and procedures for compliance with hirify.global standards before submitting Engineering Change Orders.
• Coordinate with design teams to validate deliverables for new product releases.
• Coordinate release communications across multifunctional teams in global locations.
• Document new-product build processes through checklists and procedures.
• Release specifications to manufacturing and manage the business-system impact of product introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or another engineering discipline; minimum qualifications also accept a master’s degree with no related experience or a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical drawing standards.
• Strong critical-thinking, initiative, interpersonal, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Milpitas, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Five years of manufacturing engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Exposure to Enovia PLM and SAP MRP.
• Familiarity with CREO/PDMLink and AutoCAD.
