Salary: $115,080–$218,520 annually for a full-time schedule; location-based ranges may vary.

What you will do

• Define ServiceNow technical architecture, platform standards, governance, and CSDM alignment.
• Design and develop scoped applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Build integrations and automation using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, compliance, and upgradeability in a FedRAMP-authorized environment.
• Lead code reviews and technical work sessions with business stakeholders and the Engagement Lead.
• Translate functional requirements into high-level designs and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Onsite availability five days a week in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
• At least five years of IT experience, including five years of deep ServiceNow development experience.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Studio, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and ITOM, including Discovery and Service Mapping, preferably in a public sector environment.
• Ability to lead technical sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM or ITOM is preferred.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Technical Architect, or Certified Master Architect.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
• Security+ or a comparable cybersecurity certification.
