Regional Workplace Senior Manager – US (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; travel across the Americas is required as needed.

Salary: $150,000–$215,000 USD base salary per year, with potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate workplace operations across the Americas, including direction and line management for local Workplace Operations Managers.
• Translate global workplace strategy, standards, and policies into consistent regional delivery while accounting for local requirements.
• Manage the regional workplace portfolio, including capacity, utilization, leases, serviced-office agreements, and future space requirements.
• Lead sourcing, assessment, commercial negotiation, approvals, and implementation of serviced and flexible-office solutions.
• Partner on office openings, expansions, relocations, major workplace projects, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Own regional OpEx and CapEx planning, supplier negotiations, reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or a closely related operational function.
• Experience leading multi-site or regional workplace operations across multiple markets.
• Strong capability in portfolio planning, capacity planning, workplace strategy, leases, and flexible-office solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Experience delivering office openings, expansions, relocations, or significant workplace change.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with People, Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting workplace integration through acquisitions or rapid-growth environments.
• Experience in a high-growth technology, cloud, infrastructure, or similarly complex international business.
• Familiarity with workplace requirements across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Experience establishing regional standards, operating models, reporting, or scalable workplace playbooks.
