Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring work from the San Francisco or New York office at least 3 times per week. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move to San Francisco or New York.

Salary: $218,000–$299,000 base annually for the NYC/SF markets, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex clinical workflows and AI capabilities.
• Own design execution from early concepts through product direction, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows.
• Apply visual, interaction, motion, and prototyping expertise to raise product and design standards.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and advocate for clinicians and care teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and design partners to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping impactful digital products, ideally in complex domains.
• Strong record of taking design initiatives from concept through launch and demonstrating user and business impact.
• Ability to bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous problems while adapting ownership to the work.
• High standards in visual and interaction design, with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, and design rationale skills.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or New York office at least 3 times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or machine-learning products.
• Experience with consumer mobile products.
