Product Designer (AI Video)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $175K–$275K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Shape product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps with executive, product, and engineering partners.
• Own complex product initiatives from concept through launch across multiple workstreams.
• Translate ambiguous user and business problems into design frameworks, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to guide product direction and validate solutions.
• Establish and evolve design systems across product surfaces.
• Mentor designers and cross-functional partners while championing user-centric decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex consumer-facing digital products for mobile and/or desktop.
• Experience leading end-to-end design initiatives from strategy through launch with measurable impact.
• Strong systems thinking and experience building or scaling design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing, high-quality execution, and shipped work.
• Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and understand technical constraints and trade-offs.
