Lab Intern

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States of America; in-person role

Pay: $17.75–$22 per hour

What you will do

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations.
• Assist with specimen organization, inventory, workspace preparation, and other non-testing laboratory tasks.
• Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision.
• Support approved laboratory projects.
• Follow laboratory safety and compliance standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology bachelor’s degree program.
• Interest in laboratory science and the diagnostics industry.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures.
• Eagerness to learn laboratory skills and scientific concepts.
• Ability to show initiative, work independently under general supervision, and maintain professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
