Supply Chain Analyst 1

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States

Annual base salary: $53,000–$82,900, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze inventory levels and storage patterns to reduce off-site storage costs and minimize excess stock.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, slotting, racking, facility space utilization, and inventory turnover.
• Support the transition of inventory from off-site storage to the main facility.
• Monitor and improve the Return to Vendor workflow, resolving bottlenecks and recovering value from returned goods.
• Coordinate with Procurement, vendors, Customer Support, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve shipping quantities and expedite returns.
• Publish performance metrics, communicate improvement initiatives, and train colleagues on updated procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management systems such as Oracle.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, FDA regulations, ISO requirements, QMSR, and Good Documentation Practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse layout optimization, Return to Vendor processes, and inventory analysis.
• DOT Hazardous Materials training.
