Dealer Specialist (Auto Finance)

Location: Onsite at 15001 Trinity Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76155, supporting the Dallas Operation Center

What you will do

• Develop and maintain business relationships with automotive dealers through daily communication and solicitation.
• Communicate credit decisions and support dealers in increasing sales volume.
• Educate dealer representatives on financing programs and structure deals acceptable to all parties.
• Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers.
• Assist the Funding team with resolving documentation issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, including knowledge of deal terms, agreements, APR, and credit scores.
• Professional communication, persuasion, negotiation, sales, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple deadlines, collaborate effectively, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, internet tools, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Nice to have

• Prior automotive industry experience.
• Experience in dealership or vendor acquisition and development.
