Senior Director Product Management, Client Communications (AI)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid

Salary: $176,000–$264,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop the client communications product organization, including recruiting talent and establishing performance standards.
• Define objectives, key results, product requirements, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead modernization of legacy ecosystems while maintaining accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Adopt an AI-enabled Product Development Lifecycle to improve product quality and delivery speed with appropriate controls.
• Partner with engineering, business, platform, operations, legal, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience driving change in a large, matrixed organization and managing stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Strong technical and AI acumen, including the ability to assess architecture, integration, data, and modernization trade-offs.
• Experience modernizing complex legacy ecosystems and managing dependencies, migration risk, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly between business and technical audiences and lead decisively through ambiguity.
• Experience developing talent, setting high standards, and holding teams accountable.
• Relevant technical education or equivalent demonstrated proficiency preferred.
