Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage and oversee contractor and subcontractor activities supporting the program statement of work.
• Provide program direction, administration, quality control, and leadership across the delivery organization.
• Facilitate communication between government and contractor personnel.
• Track requirements and activities, and ensure contract tasks meet performance standards.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan and Risk Management Plan.
• Coordinate program kick-off activities, recurring reporting, monthly status reports, workforce stability, and personnel qualification documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and current TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Demonstrated success managing projects and programs of similar size and complexity within the last 10 years.
• Recent experience determining and managing manpower requirements for projects involving diverse technical skills and labor categories.
• Recent experience conducting comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts using key performance metrics.
• Ability to address contractual, programmatic, performance, staffing, and resource issues.
