Task Order Program Manager (TOPM)

Location: USMEPCOM Headquarters in North Chicago, Illinois; occasional travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations may be required.

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the contractor’s single task order manager and primary interface with government contracting and technical representatives.
• Direct contractor and subcontractor personnel delivering program management, IT service management, enterprise IT support, technical training, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Integrated Master Schedule, risk processes, communications processes, and Quality Management Plan.
• Lead kickoffs, transition activities, technical status meetings, project and sprint reviews, quarterly Program Management Reviews, and government reporting.
• Track funding, schedules, risks, performance metrics, staffing, service levels, corrective actions, invoicing inputs, and travel or purchasing requests.
• Lead transition-in and transition-out planning, knowledge transfer, workforce coordination, and continuity of 24/7/365 mission services.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active PMI PMP or PgMP certification required.
• At least seven years of experience within the past ten years as a Task Order Program Manager leading and delivering IT and mission support services.
• At least five years of experience within the past eight years planning and executing complex IT tasks and projects with minimal government direction and oversight.
• Must meet IT-II/Tier 3 or Tier 3 Reinvestigation requirements and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Nice to have

• DoDI 8570.01 Level I certification or higher.
• Infrastructure-related technology certifications.
• Experience leading geographically diverse teams and collaborating with government or public-sector personnel.
• Master’s degree or higher in business administration, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field.
