Manager, Cybersecurity Program Operations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite five days per week in East Peoria/Peoria, Illinois, Dallas, Texas, or Nashville, Tennessee. Relocation is available for the right candidate.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 annually.

What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity portfolio management, including investment prioritization, resource planning, executive reporting, and strategic planning.
• Maintain visibility into project status, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and business outcomes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial execution, and optimization of cybersecurity investments.
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and align investments with organizational priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five hirify.global employees and external consultants.
• Guide complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, risks, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing organizational budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and financial planning.
• Experience leading a PMO, portfolio management office, business operations function, or similar governance organization.
• Understanding of information security, risk management, threats, vulnerabilities, and information value.
• Leadership experience with strong analytical, relationship management, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large, global organization and supporting executive leadership with strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or risk-management frameworks.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CFE certification.
