Teamcenter Solutions Engineer (PLM)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid workplace. Relocation is not available. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $86,500–$126,800 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic PLM projects across hirify.global divisions with overall solution responsibility.
• Gather business requirements and develop technical and solution design strategies with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the PLM implementation team.
• Configure, customize, and build Teamcenter modules for item and document management, BOM management, change management, and reporting.
• Provide architectural guidance for PLM application design, user experience, database tuning, data migrations, upgrades, and system performance.
• Design PLM and ALM infrastructure components, including databases, volumes, web tiers, search indexing, and CAD integrations.
• Lead organizational change management, user adoption, solution prototyping, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience implementing Teamcenter PLM solutions, including upgrades and Active Workspace implementations.
• Strong PLM process knowledge across engineering, manufacturing, and service, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Deep experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems, reporting interfaces, downstream supply chain, and service applications.
• Experience developing migration strategies from legacy solutions into PLM systems.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills in high-pressure, multi-team environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamcenter environments on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Exposure to CAD-to-PLM integrations involving NX, SolidWorks, Creo, OrCAD, or Altium.
• Integration experience with ALM and MES.
