ERP Functional Analyst - SCM, Warehouse & Procurement (Infor LN)

Location: Niwot, Colorado, with a hybrid schedule. The role operates primarily in an office, laboratory, and manufacturing environment and may require occasional after-hours testing or cutovers.

Salary: $92,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (Infor LN) modules for purchasing, vendor management, inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, and Factory Track.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot procurement, receiving, inventory, shipping, and warehouse issues.
• Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, transaction flows, and system configuration.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to improve procure-to-pay and warehouse execution through workflows and system settings.
• Maintain solution and configuration documentation and support training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with ERP administrators and developers to test patches, releases, integrations, and resolve Infor support cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse.
• 5+ years of ERP experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, inventory control, and multi-site material flows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise or Infor LN certification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, or Logistics.
