Director - Digital Manufacturing ERP (Oracle/SAP)

Location: Faribault, Minnesota, United States — hybrid

Annual base salary: $142,600–$250,900, plus a 30% bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the digital manufacturing ERP strategy in alignment with transformation goals and a product-centric operating model.
• Lead and mentor business analysts responsible for order management, materials management, inventory, work in process, and warehouse management.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Digital, senior leadership, business stakeholders, and consulting partners to deliver integrated manufacturing solutions.
• Oversee ERP and analytics platforms, including Oracle, SAP Business One, and SAP S/4HANA, for manufacturing operations.
• Drive automation, digitization, integration, data transparency, performance tracking, risk mitigation, and user adoption.
• Lead the transition from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA and manage the roadmap, change initiatives, and strategic delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in digital leadership roles focused on ERP implementations.
• Experience managing business analysts and delivering digital solutions in global manufacturing or industrial environments using large-scale Oracle and/or SAP ERP transformations.
• Extensive functional knowledge of supply chain or manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and/or SAP S/4HANA supply chain and manufacturing modules.
• Experience with Configure-to-Order, Engineer-to-Order, Fit-Gap analysis, process mapping, ERP design, and change management strategies.
