Director Digital Manufacturing ERP (SAP): Leading the digital manufacturing ERP transformation within the IT organization with an accent on Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Faribault, MN (Hybrid)

Salary: $142,600 - $250,900 (+ 30% bonus)

What you will do

• Define and execute the digital manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's product-centric operating model.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Oversee the deployment and optimization of Oracle and SAP S/4HANA manufacturing modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure platform integration.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital solutions.
• Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in a digital leadership role with a focus on large-scale ERP implementations.
• Proven experience managing business analysts in a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Extensive functional knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with CTO and ETO manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Fit-Gap analysis and process mapping.
