Teamcenter Developer (PLM)

Location: Sidney, Ohio, USA; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support Teamcenter customizations, integrations, extensions, custom handlers, utilities, and SOA solutions.
• Configure Teamcenter data models, business rules, object models, BMIDE configurations, and system extensions.
• Develop and enhance Active Workspace solutions using JavaScript and Teamcenter frameworks.
• Configure and maintain workflows, change management, BOM management, classification, queries, stylesheets, organization structures, and ACL security.
• Manage deployments, source control, release management, CI/CD, environment promotion, and application lifecycle processes using Deployment Center, Git/GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, support production operations, and improve PLM processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, engineering, or a related technical field; an associate’s degree with additional experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of relevant PLM development experience.
• Strong experience with Teamcenter Unified customization, including SOA, extensions, custom handlers, utilities, and ITK.
• Proficiency with Teamcenter data modeling and business rules using BMIDE, plus experience with Active Workspace and JavaScript.
• Programming experience in C/C++ using Visual Studio, with strong debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Mendix low-code development.
