Financial Data and Analytics Senior Consultant

Location: United States; principally in-person Workplace for Your Day model. The compensation range applies across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except qualified bilingual candidates in Japanese and English or Chinese and English.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base salary annually.

What you will do

• Build and support financial and operational data from systems used by Internal Accounting and across the firm.
• Create, troubleshoot, and enhance reports in Workday, Power BI, and Adaptive Planning.
• Translate report requests into appropriate data sources and solutions.
• Run assigned and ad hoc data requests, investigations, analysis, and cleansing.
• Use SSMS, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, and internal applications to transform and analyze data.
• Review and improve business processes using Microsoft Power Apps while communicating across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of financial reporting experience, including report writing.
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand internal processes and terminology and convert requests into deliverables.
• Collaborative project experience, either as a team member or project lead.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required, with the stated bilingual exception.

Nice to have

• Database familiarity.
• Advanced Excel and VBA skills.
• Accounting, financial reporting, and analysis experience.
• Workday experience.
