Senior Manager, Global Procurement (Activewear)

Location: United States

Base salary: $147,000–$175,000 USD per year. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Define and execute procurement category strategy, commercial roadmaps, vendor distribution plans, and short- and long-term targets for activewear.
• Own end-to-end RFPs, including vendor identification, competitive bidding, negotiations, commercial terms, and supplier awards.
• Build and apply component-level clean sheets, approve buy plans, and negotiate finished-goods, material, and scale costing.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, merchandising, production, and technology teams.
• Drive product cost reductions, supply continuity, upstream material availability, and integration of procurement capabilities into vendor and product tools.
• Identify value-creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity management, and new material supply-chain models.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within retail apparel.
• Proven experience running competitive RFPs with international manufacturing partners and negotiating commercial terms.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, commercial, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical aptitude for using AI-powered platforms and LLMs for scenario analysis and procurement automation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods is strongly preferred.
