TL;DR
QA Engineer (Manual and Automated Testing): Designing and executing functional, integration, performance, and regression tests for business applications across desktop and web platforms with an accent on test planning, defect diagnosis, and quality engineering. Focus on testing CRM systems, GUIs, APIs, stored procedures, and business reports while collaborating with developers and business analysts to resolve production and system issues.
Location: Onsite in Tampa, FL; Center Valley, PA; or Atlanta, GA, United States

What you will do
- Review product requirements and create comprehensive test plans for system enhancements.
- Execute manual and automated functional, integration, performance, usability, and regression testing.
- Identify testing risks, propose mitigation strategies, and diagnose issues in deployed systems.
- Use JIRA and TestRail to document requirements, test cases, defects, results, and communication with development teams.
- Test desktop and web applications across JavaScript, .NET, and Ruby on Rails technology stacks.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, support personnel, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience performing functional, usability, and regression testing of business applications.
- Understanding of testing techniques for CRM systems, GUIs, APIs, stored procedures, and business reports.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and QA processes in Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
Nice to have
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
