Senior Service Operations Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: USA remote and field-based with travel, including extended work at customer distribution centers and up to 30% travel

Base salary: $125,000–$171,600 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of Service Operations projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineering teams, senior management, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, dependencies, deviations, issue resolution, and corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
• Support design/build, installation, commissioning, refurbishment, component upgrades, and modernization of robotic systems.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, lessons learned, and data-driven project performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, including successful delivery of Service Operations projects.
• Experience managing design/build, installation, and commissioning construction projects, including site general contractors.
• Experience managing multiple small- to mid-level capital projects with Service Operations collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, scheduling, and risk-management skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven tracking tools such as Smartsheet or Jira.

Nice to have

• Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling equipment.
