Senior Technical Project Manager (Identity Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based at the San Francisco hub

Base salary: $170,000–$195,000 annually, plus potential equity and bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners.
• Forecast project timelines and communicate milestones, dependencies, risks, and potential delays.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders, clients, developers, and deployment managers to deliver platform and identity solutions.
• Support integration of hirify.global technology with client applications and investigate technical challenges with engineering teams.
• Facilitate client status meetings and manage scope and schedules across multiple concurrent deployments.
• Develop deep product knowledge and provide feedback that supports the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company.
• Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent, idiomatic English communication skills.
• Interest in learning about indoor location technology.

Nice to have

• BS or MS degree in technology or management; Computer Science is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, or MS Project.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification.
