Associate Program Manager - APAC (Consumer Products)

Salary: $62,400–$90,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to bring consumer products from ideation through end-of-life.
• Manage program scope, cost, schedule, risks, mitigation plans, and deliverables.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies designed to support strong sales performance.
• Use KPIs and data to guide decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Identify resource and knowledge gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Connect global information with local teams and support business execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or business management is highly desired.
• At least 1 year of direct program management experience.
• Experience in new product development or program management; consumer goods experience is strongly preferred.
• Cross-functional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or similar tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong accountability, attention to detail, confidence, and bias toward action.
