Staff HRIS Analyst (UKG)

Location: On-site five days per week in Mountain View, California, United States; other hirify.global offices are in McLean, Virginia; New York City, New York; and Tampa, Florida.

Annual base salary for Mountain View: $163,000–$211,000 USD. The U.S. pay range is $143,000–$183,000 USD.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, configuration, security, workflows, modules, and optimization of UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping.
• Serve as technical owner for connected HR platforms including CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Absorb, Enboarder, and HR Acuity.
• Design, test, and deploy system changes, upgrades, modules, and custom integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, finance, and IT systems.
• Maintain timekeeping rules, pay codes, accruals, schedules, and time-off policies in line with company policy and wage-and-hour requirements.
• Lead HR data architecture and governance, including data standardization, cleansing, mapping, job codes, organizational structures, and system feeds.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analyses while supporting audits, SOX, EEO reporting, compliance, troubleshooting, vendor escalations, and change adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of related HRIS experience, including advanced UKG Pro and UKG Ready administration, configuration, business processes, security roles, and timekeeping.
• Experience leading a system implementation or major rollout from requirements and configuration through testing and launch.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HRIS integrations, payroll and benefits systems, data architecture, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules affecting timekeeping, including FLSA and California overtime.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, vendor-management, Excel or Google Sheets, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• UKG Pro or UKG Ready administrator training or certification.
• Experience with UKG onboarding or Manager Self Service modules and UKG BI/Cognos reporting.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Enboarder, CultureAmp, Absorb, or other HR platforms.
• Formal change management or project management training and experience in a SOX-controlled environment.
