Senior Full Stack Developer (TypeScript/React/Node.js)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 107,000–157,300 annual base salary; offers may exceed this range based on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Build and improve customer workflows for scheduling, parts management, reporting, work orders, and asset management.
• Develop features end to end, from planning through production.
• Solve complex problems involving dense data interfaces, large datasets, offline behavior, and multi-site scale.
• Shape architecture and engineering practices for newly formed teams and greenfield systems.
• Own the long-term reliability and performance of a feature area or system.
• Review code, mentor developers, and improve tooling, testing, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with mobile-first, responsive, and iterative development.
• Track record of writing maintainable and testable code.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-engineering partners.
• Daily use of AI tools in the development workflow and willingness to work in an evolving specification.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL, React Native, or SQL databases.
• Experience with scheduling or calendar interfaces, data-heavy front ends, offline-first or synchronization architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, inventory systems, or transactional systems.
• Experience with C# or Python.
