Consultant, Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada. Hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site; the role requires regular presence at the Toronto-81 Bay office.

What you will do

• Lead the functional and technical design of application systems across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Develop, test, review, analyze, and debug application code.
• Design, develop, and integrate cross-functional, multi-platform applications.
• Conduct impact analysis and provide recommended solutions for technical and business problems.
• Gather requirements and prepare design specifications with team members, end users, business analysts, and technical resources.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Approximately 8 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and backend development.
• Strong experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, and enterprise web applications.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, SQL databases, Azure, and microservices architecture.
• Degree or education in Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Development experience with .NET and C#.
• Ability or strong interest in learning AI concepts, using generative AI for code acceleration, and implementing intelligent features.
