Full Stack Java Engineer (WFM)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications for Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and operational business processes.
• Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, frontend applications with React or Angular and TypeScript, and supporting components with Node.js.
• Develop REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and implement microservices, event-driven integrations, webhooks, messaging, and secure API patterns.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries, including performance, integrity, and audit history.
• Containerize applications and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
• Improve observability, performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability while collaborating with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with ownership of production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed applications, SQL, PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, and cloud-based containerized applications.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Kafka or RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability, and secure software delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, technical documentation experience, and the ability to lead client-facing workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management applications, CX solutions, contact centers, Amazon Connect, or AWS services.
• Experience with communications platforms such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or Twilio.
• Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, adherence, routing, agent desktop, digital channels, or enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development or AI-enabled solutions, including Claude or GitHub Copilot.
