System Business Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global develops online trading technology and fintech products for investing and CFD trading across multiple asset classes.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
• Define functional, non-functional, and integration system requirements.
• Lead system configuration and data mapping for APIs, third-party platforms, and internal integrations.
• Support post-release validation and feature acceptance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Background in IT or software development, including product and marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating data flow diagrams and data architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and REST API concepts.
• Spoken English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience in fintech, especially CFD trading.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, including MCP servers and skills.
• Experience with Python or JavaScript.
