Control-M Functional Analyst

Location: Buenos Aires; remote within the CET time zone

What you will do

• Monitor, manage, and track batch processes and workflows executed through Control-M.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Coordinate and execute functional testing, supporting users during testing and implementation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze functional incidents, coordinate investigations, and follow up on issue resolution.
• Provide operational support, document procedures and test cases, and validate deliverables before production releases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Control-M in functional, operational, or support environments.
• Experience coordinating functional testing activities and understanding batch processing, scheduling, and workflow monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and SQL querying.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming and automation concepts.
• Experience working with business users and technical teams, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and the ability to work independently across multiple priorities.
