Senior Treasury Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in the Phoenix, AZ or San Francisco, CA metro areas, or 100% remote from other approved PST, MST, and CST locations in the United States. Available locations include Tempe, Phoenix, Houston, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and San Mateo.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

Digital personal finance company providing debt consolidation, personal loans, home equity loans, financial tools, education, and debt resolution services.

What you will do

• Lead daily cash management, wire activity, working capital forecasting, and liquidity reporting across business units.
• Manage capital flows through credit facilities and capital markets vehicles, including collateral pledging, borrowing mechanics, drawdowns, payments, and loan allocations to investors.
• Own relationships with banks, lenders, capital markets, accounting, legal, procurement, and business operations stakeholders.
• Develop treasury policies, cash controls, operational playbooks, banking portal protocols, account structures, and documentation.
• Administer covenant compliance, financial document execution, month-end close support, audit requests, and sensitivity analysis.
• Build consolidated working capital dashboards and improve treasury management systems using data feeds and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar finance function.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, financial statement analysis, data analysis, and attention to detail.
• Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, Kyriba, or ModernTreasury, or with building internal tooling using data feeds and AI.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, communicate effectively, and influence senior leadership.
• For remote work, residence must be in an approved U.S. PST, MST, or CST location; hybrid work is available in the Phoenix or San Francisco metro areas.
