Senior Associate - Associate Manager, Treasury (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or New York

Salary: $60,000–$130,000 USD annually for the New York position; discretionary bonus and/or equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Oversee vendor invoice allocation, payment, and reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile daily operating cash balances.
• Review wire-related expense invoices, capital activity, and investor activity.
• Liaise with fund administrators, banking institutions, and senior management on expense allocation and timely payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely client deliverables and internal performance metrics.
• Maintain calendars for expense, investor, and investment payments.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of accounting and treasury management experience.
• Strong understanding of expense allocation and vendor payment oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with process improvement.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or MBA.
