Senior Manager, Treasury (Kyriba Experience Required)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office

Base salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, reporting, and liquidity planning.
• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage global banking relationships, service coordination, and fee reviews.
• Support investment, funding, and debt administration activities, including financial covenant compliance.
• Monitor interest-rate and foreign-exchange exposures and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Improve treasury processes and lead or develop treasury team members and individual contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, including experience leading treasury operations, projects, or team members.
• Working knowledge of cash management, banking operations, liquidity planning, debt compliance, forecasting, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with the Kyriba treasury management system and financial software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Raleigh office at least 3 days per week.
