Treasury Manager (Crypto)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration expected 10+ days per month.

Annual base salary: $144,000–$180,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead daily positioning of cash and crypto assets to meet global obligations and fund products on time.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity forecasts across subsidiaries and business owners.
• Optimize global cash and stablecoin pooling, yield, and funding structures.
• Improve working capital metrics and deliver cash reports showing balances and sources and uses of cash.
• Shape the global treasury management system strategy, develop liquidity management tools, and manage FX exposure.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Crypto Operations, and banking partners while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of treasury experience at a multinational corporation or financial institution.
• Experience leading daily cash management and cash forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with bank data integration and SWIFT connectivity.
• Experience designing or implementing netting, global in-house banking, or follow-the-sun liquidity structures.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related business field.
