Salesforce Project Manager (AI)

Annual salary ranges from $87,400 to $266,300 USD, depending on location, role, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage project financials, scope, schedules, requirements, and delivery for Salesforce CRM and AI implementation projects.
• Lead client communication, status meetings, kickoff sessions, business objectives discussions, and success-metric tracking.
• Own or support user story creation, requirements grooming, acceptance criteria, and coordination with Solution and Technical Architects.
• Facilitate UAT by coordinating test plans, tracking defects, and driving issue resolution.
• Coordinate client presentations, end-user training logistics, and readiness across stakeholder groups.
• Act as an Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle through delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience in professional services or consulting, Agile project management, estimation and sizing, and SOW or change-order contracting.
• Experience with Salesforce.com as a project manager or Scrum leader, including Salesforce or AI blueprint and implementation projects.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content to client stakeholders.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification plus either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Strong analytical, consultative, presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Background as a Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional or Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
