Senior Manager, Engineering Services (Hardware)

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States; international and domestic travel required up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $130,200–$241,800 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead small- and medium-sized hardware development and VAVE projects from concept through production release.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering contributors and people leaders across hardware-related disciplines.
• Manage internal engineering capacity, resource allocation, project priorities, and product development governance.
• Select, onboard, and manage third-party engineering contractors, technology partners, and OEM/ODM development partners.
• Monitor external partner performance, quality, intellectual property protection, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Establish scalable product development frameworks, PCB layout priorities, metrics, and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated success delivering hardware products from concept through production.
• At least two years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project management, resource planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Beaverton, Oregon, United States and travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
