Consultant Advisory Services - Supply Chain Optimization

Location: Remote; travel required 61–80% within the US.

Salary: $72,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Work with engagement teams to identify client needs through interviews, data analysis, observations, and hypothesis development.
• Lead or oversee analyses, interpret findings, form conclusions, and draft recommendations for leadership review.
• Prepare presentations and deliverables that communicate strategy, findings, and outcomes to client audiences.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements and execute project plans according to statements of work.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models, standardize processes, and automate client deliverables and internal tools.
• Lead production and quality assurance of analytics deliverables and troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to gather and analyze data, interpret findings, develop conclusions, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal product teams, Advisory counterparts, and engagement teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, maintain attention to detail, and operate computer software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work.
• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, negotiation, sales closing approaches, networking, and the healthcare industry.
• Risk management knowledge and ability to identify, communicate, and respond to risks and issues.
• Statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab; advanced Excel; Tableau; and business intelligence.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Healthcare, business, or finance experience and interest in healthcare performance management.
• Experience leading initiatives and demonstrating value from analytical work.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets, creating visualizations and presentations, validating qualitative and quantitative data, developing methodologies, and solving strategic problems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
