Company

hirify.global connects people with healthcare and supports individuals, families, and communities through health plans and care services.

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise-wide process improvement, future-state design, and operating-model transformation for Duals Care Management and D-SNP priorities across market and enterprise clinical operations.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, Kaizen, value stream mapping, structured problem solving, and current-state/future-state design to reduce unnecessary variation and create sustainable solutions.
  • Assess differences across markets, health plans, products, platforms, and Care Management delivery models, determining which capabilities should be enterprise-standard, configurable, or market-owned.
  • Conduct process observations, analyze operational data, facilitate working sessions, and drive actionable decisions with clinical, operational, product, technology, data, quality, compliance, and member-support teams.
  • Design scalable workflows, roles, handoffs, decision rights, controls, governance, performance measures, and business, workflow, data, and platform capability requirements.
  • Define operational, quality, member-experience, adoption, financial, and sustainability measures; establish controls and validate sustained improvement after implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software.
  • Experience with current-state assessment, process mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen and improvement-event design, value stream mapping, future-state design, workflow redesign, stakeholder facilitation, adoption planning, measurable benefit validation, and structured problem solving.
  • Ability to evaluate variation across markets, platforms, products, health plans, or business units and translate findings into scalable operating models.
  • Experience designing future-state capabilities across clinical operations, product, technology, data, quality, and market teams.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, organization, and executive-ready communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • MBA or MHA.
  • Strong process improvement and operating-model design experience in complex, matrixed healthcare environments, especially Medicare and Medicaid Duals, D-SNP Care Management, integrated care, market operations, healthcare quality, regulatory, or medical-cost transformation.
  • Prior Duals or D-SNP experience; this is not required where strong healthcare process improvement, learning agility, and operating-model design experience are demonstrated.
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.

Culture & Benefits

  • Remote, hybrid, field, and office work schedules are supported, with this role designated as fully remote within the U.S.
  • Health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holidays.
  • Work focused on improving healthcare access and effectiveness for individuals, families, and communities.
  • Equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity and fair consideration of qualified applicants.
