What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engagement, and Product on pricing, packaging, sales capacity, quota planning, unit economics, payback, and go-to-market efficiency.
• Build and own the operating model, annual plan, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Prepare monthly board and investor reporting, including the financial narrative.
• Build analytics, dashboards, models, and workflows used by leadership to run the business.
• Support fundraising and investor relations through modeling, materials, data room preparation, and investor Q&A.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or strategic finance.
• Ability to build an operating model from a blank sheet.
• Ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations and explain them to founders and board members.
• Strong ownership and willingness to build financial processes and playbooks from scratch.
• Interest in using AI to perform analysis faster and more effectively.

Nice to have

• SQL or data tooling experience, such as Hex.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS metrics.
