FP&A Analyst

Location: London, hybrid; two days per week from home

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum plus stock options and benefits

What you will do

• Collect, organise, validate, and maintain financial and operational data from internal systems.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reports and KPI dashboards.
• Enter data into budgeting and forecasting models and conduct basic actual-versus-budget or forecast variance analysis.
• Prepare charts, graphs, schedules, and standard reports for management presentations.
• Document finance data procedures, support system updates, and perform data integrity checks.
• Learn and use financial reporting systems and business intelligence tools while supporting the wider FP&A team.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of professional experience; relevant internships are beneficial.
• Recent bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and INDEX MATCH.
• Commercial judgement, clear communication, self-directed problem-solving, tenacity, and a strong desire to learn FP&A fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in London, with two days per week from home.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SQL, data tools, FP&A software, or AI solutions.
