Senior Services Project Manager (Bilingual French/English)

Location: Canada; flexibility to travel up to 25% as needed

Salary: 87,200–117,700 CAD per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of hirify.global product suite implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead customer kickoffs, discovery sessions, status meetings, planning meetings, and ongoing communication.
• Define success criteria and maintain project plans, schedules, issue lists, communication plans, and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate project resources, resolve project and process issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, milestones, financials, invoicing, and financial disputes while maximizing customer value.
• Lead assigned projects through go-live and contribute to improved project management processes and tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in a customer-facing enterprise software implementation or technical environment.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
• Experience managing multiple successful projects simultaneously, including multi-phase projects.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, customer service, consulting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources.
• Ability to travel for business up to 25% of the time.
