Lead Legal AI Advisor (Legal Tech)

Location: Remote, Illinois / United States

Salary: $212,000–$318,000 annual base salary, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers in law firms, corporate legal departments, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Understand customer workflows and lead product demonstrations connecting hirify.global’s AI capabilities to practical legal use cases.
• Support onboarding, training, workflow transformation, and sustained adoption of AI tools.
• Partner with pre-sales, account executive, customer success, product marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable guidance for legal professionals and provide structured feedback on product usability and adoption barriers.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and Bar admission.
• 10+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house legal team; litigation experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, including litigation workflows, and the challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including hirify.global aiR, and curiosity about AI’s impact on legal work.
• Experience in client-facing, advisory, legal technology, or business development roles is beneficial.
