Senior Legal AI Advisor

Location: Illinois, United States; remote

Salary: $184,000–$276,000 annual base salary, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Understand legal workflows, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, solution positioning, and tailored product demonstrations.
• Support onboarding, training, ongoing engagement, and workflow integration to drive sustained AI adoption.
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into practical guidance for legal professionals and internal teams.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and Bar admission.
• 7+ years of legal practice experience at a law firm or in-house legal team; litigation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including hirify.global aiR.
• Ability to work comfortably in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
